Pizza Hut India Partners with MoEngage to Enhance Customer Engagement Strategy

Pizza Hut India, a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, has selected MoEngage as its new platform for centralizing customer engagement efforts, aiming to enhance its customer experience strategy.

Manish Gupta, Chief Digital & Technology Officer at Pizza Hut India, emphasized that MoEngage was chosen for its “capability, scale, and support.” He noted that the platform’s advanced analytics and AI-powered features would enable the company to create more personalized programs for its customers. Gupta also praised the support provided by MoEngage’s Customer Success and Implementation teams, calling it unmatched in the market. “We’re excited about this partnership and look forward to discovering new and intuitive ways to engage with our customers and significantly improve satisfaction metrics,” he added.

A key goal for Pizza Hut was to automate its customer data reporting processes. Thanks to MoEngage’s robust reporting capabilities, the company has successfully reduced the manual effort required for these tasks, streamlining operations.
