ADM Partners with Ooni Pizza Ovens on Regenerative Agriculture Flour

ROLLE, SWITZERLAND — ADM has teamed up with Ooni Pizza Ovens, an Edinburgh-based company, to introduce a new line of flour made using regenerative agriculture practices. This flour, ideal for home pizza baking, is now available for purchase by US consumers through the Ooni website.

ADM, headquartered in Chicago with an office in Rolle, launched its regenerative agriculture initiative in the United Kingdom in 2023. This program aims to enhance soil health, biodiversity, climate resilience, and water resources through sustainable farming methods.

We’re proud of our global regenerative agriculture efforts, which expanded to over 2.8 million acres in 2023. We’re excited to work with great partners like Ooni to bring the value chain together and deliver the benefits of this important work.”

Ooni, known for its range of pizza ovens, also offers dough balls, dough mix, flour, yeast, and pizza sauce.
